I'm gonna be perfectly honest. First time I saw this video I almost shit myself… and not in the good way. But then I watched it a second time and realized that I'm just hard on my own people and I need to fucking loosen up. The Fung Brother's and Aileen Xu ball so hard by reppin' Colima Road to the utmost in this extremely well produced parody music video that could totally get play on MTV Asia (at least TVB). If Pitbull ever saw this, I'm sure he would be psyched. *For extra credit SGV nerd points check out their earlier video that's a play on the song Run This Town and talks about some of the more well known chinese restaurants along Valley and Garvey.

Had to rep the homies. Josh Duran is legend in the los angeles latin underground music scene, and his latest project is entitled APARATO!, a 3 piece band who's already found critical acclaim on NPR allowed me to shoot them for the first video in the SGV SOUND LESSONS music video performance series. If you haven't seen the video or heard the song, take a gander. *video was shot on location at the GOLFLAND ARCADE off the 60 frwy a couple months before it was demolished.
